Twines and sewing threads Since the beginning, production of twines for fishing nets has represented an important portion of our activity. Eighty years of experience have evidently proved effective and "Gottifredi Maffioli" is now considered by many fishermen as a synonymous with quality.

		Besides these 2-, 3- and 4-ply twines made from high tenacity polyamide 6 or 6.6, our production includes a very large range of ready-for-dyeing sewing threads made from both H.T. polyester and H.T. polyamide 6.6. We are also able to offer special twines made from various high tenacity synthetic fibres, suitably designed to fulfil specific requirements of many industrial applications. Just to give a few examples, our products have already been used in the electromechanical industry, in the production of conveyor belts, in weaving and in many other fields. Our evolution is constant: we never stop to test new materials and to work hard to design new products and satisfy new requests including yours.
