Special thermal procedure wich allows to maximise efficency and strength of Dyneema® ropes. This heat-setting process consists in heating up the rope at high temperature and prestretching it to perfectly balance fibres' tensions. As a result of this process, rope strength and modulus are increased by around 15% while rope diameter is reduced by 10%. Special polyurethane coating tretment realized by Gottifredi Maffioli to enhance abrasion resistance and make splicing easier These products are characterised by the possibility to select the perfect combination of core and cover for any specific need, choosing among the 7 types of high performance covers offered by Gottifredi Maffioli. Innovative technology developed by Gottifredi Maffioli to fulfil the demanding expectations of Olympic Classes sailors, which combines the excellent mechanical properties of Dyneema® and the effective and comfortable grip of particular non-slip fibre. Thanks to our exclusive production process, products of the "Swift" family areth perfect synthesis of lightness, strength, durability and comfort Special coloured tracers made with a non-slip fibre and using the same technology of our famous PC Covers have been inserted in the high tenacity polyster cover of the DSK75 Globaltech and Easytech to enhance handling and improve grip.
