Download the catalog 2010 VZ Due to its special braided PBO core and its resistant Dyneema® cover, VZ is the best alternative to steel and parallel fibre systems for standing rigging cables on small-medium size racing boats. VZ is very light and easy to handle, and thanks to its extremely low stretch outperforms any other braieded rope even in most critical applications. It can be terminated with a simple splice, allowing to avoid the heavy and expensive metal fittings used for parallel fibre systems. CONSTRUCTION: - Double braid SUGGESTED USAGE: - Runners - Checkstays - Backstays - Steering system cables - Shrouds and forestays (for boats up to 35') Particular care is necessary in the use of this product, due to its limited resistance to sun light and flex fatigue.
